Braslumber Ltda aiming at the preservation and conservation of the environment as well as the sustainable development, pledges to control all its wood resources not certified by FSC ®, thus refraining from obtaining wood from the following sources:

a) wood from illegal exploitation;
b) wood deriving from exploitation causing the violation of civil and traditional rights;
c) wood obtained from forests with high conservation qualities, which in turn are threatened by human activity;
d) wood deriving from forest containing land to be converted into crops or any other non foresting use;
e) wood from forests where trees are genetically modified.
